The Liberty Distillery Endeavour Gin
On the nose, Endeavour is very complex. It is a compelling gin with bright floral notes underpinned with savoury botanicals on a solid juniper base. On the palate, juniper is first detected which is quickly followed by the subtle interplay of citrus, aromatic botanicals, and lightly brushed with hints of peppery Paradise Seed. Alchemy leads to a seamless, smooth, and lingering finish. Extremely supple and easy to drink on its own; when blended it creates an intriguing cocktail that will delight.
Tanqueray London Dry Gin
Over 180 years of distilling expertise results in the classic character of a classic gin, Tanqueray. On the nose, juniper is in the foreground, with citrus and coriander; dry and very balanced, with a hint of sweetness and a reserved, elegant delivery of flavours. Good enough to sip or blend into your favourite cocktail.

Grosbois 2020 Gabare Chinon
Succulent and ripe, offering sweet strawberry and raspberry fruit. The tannins are delectable, coating the palate with a light texture of cocoa powder. It's a harmonious, textural style that's easy to like thanks to its friendly personality. Can be enjoyed now with charcuterie and benefits from a light chill.
Grosbois 2020 Clos La Henry Bourgeuil
Coming from a single parcel in the Bourgueil area, Clos de la Henry shows notes of raspberry, graphite, green peppers and violet along with a smooth yet refreshing texture. Using minimal intervention during production, it is a magnificent expression of Cabernet Franc. To be served with boudin or venison terrines.
