Kristinus 2020 Lunel Muscat Pet-Nat
Ancestral Sargamuskotaly is a beautiful Pet Nat made from 100% Yellow Muscat grapes. Kristinus has conjured up a wonderful refreshment for adults in the bottle. The taste is reminiscent of passion fruit - pineapple spritzer paired with orange peel, wild herbs and a nice lime note.
That beautiful muscatel Pet Nat was crafted using the Ancestral method. The essence of this technique is that the fermenting juice is bottled after a few hours of skin contact, thanks to which we find the fine, natural bubbles in the glass.
Tip from the winery: Open carefully! Cool it well before opening and make sure you have a couple of glasses ready.
