Vibrant aromas of citrus fruits. Very fresh and fruity with flavours of grapefruit, apple and lemon. A great aperitif wine but also pairs well with salads, fish, shellfish and white meat.
Very pale yellow, with fresh and clean aromas of apple and wild flowers. Well structured in the mouth, light and pleasant gulp.
Any kind of seafood, soft cheeses and even desserts. Serving Temperature: 8 °C – 10 °C.
