It has structure, power and length, and bears the mark of its Pinot Noir. It clearly shows all the work that has been carried out in the vineyards since only very ripe and small grapes can produce such density and structure in a Champagne. 8.6 grams dosage.
Entirely made from Pinot Noir… clear, fresh and straight fruit of yellow skinned apples and Williams pears along with citrus flavors and some stony notes on the nose. This is remarkably elegant and delicate with a mineral backbone and an excellent grippy finish.
Raices Tempranillo Reserva 2014
Minimum 36 months, of which at least 12 months were spent in French and American oak barrels with a maximum capacity of 225 liters. Dark red cherry color with russet hues. Aromas of red fruit,vanilla, toasted oak and minerals. Well structured, unctuous and tasty, long and round aftertaste.
Smoked and roast meats. Serving Temperature: 15 °C – 17 °C.
Springfield Thunderchild Merlot Cabernet 2021
34% Cabernet Franc | 33% Cabernet Sauvignon | 33% Merlot
This classical blend was created by using the ancient technique of fermenting uncrushed berries with native yeast from the grapes. After aging for one year in French barrels, it was bottled without fining or filtration. A further 12 months of bottle aging took place prior to release.
100% of the profits from this wine are donated to the Die Herberg charity which provides aid to children from broken homes.

92 Points Vinous: “Bright, deep red. Red cherry, sweet spices and smoky oak on the enticing nose. Strong soil tones complement musky spice, sweet pipe tobacco, and red fruit flavors. Finishes creamy, tactile and long, with polished tannins. Made from Sangiovese grown in vineyards located in all four of the major quadrants of the Montalcino production zone, which allowed owner Adon Bucci to make a highly balanced wine”.

Ricco Bambino 2018 Cabernet Franc Rose
Organically farmed Cabernet Franc from Osoyoos, hand harvested then macerated on skins for 17 hours. The wine was then basket pressed and underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks where it aged on gross lees for 5 months prior to being bottled. Unfined and unfiltered. Due to the lack of chemical manipulations our wines may appear cloudy or contain sediments, this is not a fault. This is truly a summer favourite!
