The mid-palate is rich, full and intense with cocoa, caramel and underlying fruit. At 42% alc./vol. the finish has a powerful concentration that is silky smooth and lingers on and on.
Amabuki Kimoto Junmai Daiginjo 720Ml
On the palate this Junmai Daiginjo is exceptionally smooth and well-rounded. The initial taste reveals juicy flavors of pear and green apple, transitioning into a soft, creamy mouthfeel. There’s a refreshing minerality that balances the sweetness, complemented by hints of rice and a touch of nuttiness.
Sao Joao 1997 Porta Dos Cavaleiros Magnum
Clear, deep garnet hue. Its aroma is characterized by notes of dried cherries and leather, offering a clean profile. On the palate, it is dry with a medium body and acidity, featuring elegant tannins alongside flavors of stewed fruit and game.
