Macaloney’s Invernahaven Single Malt

$157.99
The Invernahaven was matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. This sherried classic single malt has a rich body with a creamy mouthfeel on the palate. The nose throws plums, raisins and spices, complemented by structured tannins and oakwood notes in the mouth, that ultimately yield to a background of expressive malt. The finish and development are long and complex with a hint of sea salt and symphony of diverse flavours. This whisky was made from BC malted barley in Victoria.

Madre Mezcal

$106.99
Expect aromas of citrus, smoke, earth, and herbs. The balanced palate has flavours of agave, sage and white flowers. Medium-bodied and toasty with a warm spicy finish. It's said that some of the best mezcal in Oaxaca can be found in reused plastic bottles bought from Palenques on otherwise empty dirt roads. These are the dirt roads Madre's founders set down when they met Jose, Madre's original and current producer.

Nicol Bouche Breton Cider (750ml)

$18.99
A powerful nose of baked apple, honey and a hint of cinnamon. A beautiful bitterness on the palate without being excessive. This is a very sophisticated Summer cider! It shows remarkable depth, the result of a slow, traditional method of fermentation lasting up to six months. Nicol’s bittersweet apples are the key to this fermentation, providing the perfect tannin-to-acid balance.
