Ricco Bambino 2018 Cabernet Franc Rose
$14.99Organically farmed Cabernet Franc from Osoyoos, hand harvested then macerated on skins for 17 hours. The wine was then basket pressed and underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks where it aged on gross lees for 5 months prior to being bottled. Unfined and unfiltered. Due to the lack of chemical manipulations our wines may appear cloudy or contain sediments, this is not a fault. This is truly a summer favourite!
