This wine is made from grapes from old bush vines, cultivated in the best gravel soils of the highest terraces of the Rueda district. 6 months of oak aging adds to the structure of the wine to make a beautiful pairing for fish in sauce, light meats, roast lamb, and char-grilled vegetables.
