Expertly crafted and aged for 6 months in French Oak barrels, The Mistral is full-bodied, deliciously dry and features exquisite richness with pronounced, ripe tropical fruit notes. It has a smooth, creamy body and ends with a long, citrus finish.
Pairs excellently with fish, mussels and clams, and soft cheese.

"The 2019 Viré-Clessé is a cuvée predesigned to be what you might call a consumer-friendly Mâconnais from less noble terroirs.
