Very aromatic with notes of ripe black and red fruits. The palate opens with fruit and persists onwards to concentrated red fruit flavours, well-balanced oak notes and a nice pronounced acidity. The fresh yet fine tannins take over at the finish, where flavours of spice and liquorice dominate.
Dry and crisp, a floral thread accents fresh flavours of apple, peach and citrus. Firm acidity frames this dry, lightly spiced cava. An ideal pairing with sushi, soft cheeses and roasted almonds.
