Minimum 24 months ageing before release, 9 months of which have been in 225 Lt barrels. Deep garnet red with a coppery rim. Aromas of red berry fruit, white pepper and spices. The palate displays a red fruit and spicy wood character in balance with a finish that’s fresh and fruit-driven.

Minimum 36 months, of which at least 12 months were spent in French and American oak barrels with a maximum capacity of 225 liters. Dark red cherry color with russet hues. Aromas of red fruit,vanilla, toasted oak and minerals. Well structured, unctuous and tasty, long and round aftertaste. Smoked and roast meats. Serving Temperature: 15 °C – 17 °C.
