45% Colombard, 30% Ugni Blanc, 15% Gros Mansang, 10% Sauvignon Blanc
Vibrant aromas of citrus fruits. Very fresh and fruity with flavours of grapefruit, apple and lemon. A great aperitif wine but also pairs well with salads, fish, shellfish and white meat.
