Expertly crafted and aged for 6 months in French Oak barrels, The Mistral is full-bodied, deliciously dry and features exquisite richness with pronounced, ripe tropical fruit notes. It has a smooth, creamy body and ends with a long, citrus finish.
Pairs excellently with fish, mussels and clams, and soft cheese.

Mulderbosch 2021 Chenin Blanc ‘Steen Op Hout’
Appearance is delightfully fresh, showing pale straw-green hues. The nose has initial savoury, herbal aromatics leading to subtle stone fruit and delicate citrus blossom notes. There is a distinct white peach character, as well as a fine, very pleasing oak presence. It shows sensational freshness, and creates a long lasting finish that literally meanders for minutes after each delicious sip.
