Rosé
City Side Winery 2023 Cascadiana Rose
Cascadiana celebrates the intertwined cultural and viticultural connection between the Pacific Northwest’s Canadian and American regions. The region’s diverse soils and climates — from oceanic and alpine to arid desert settings — combined with its unique blend of basalt volcanic, clay, silt, sandy, and iron-rich soils, amplify the flavors and highlight the unique characteristics of each varietal: Cab Sauv, Franc, and Merlot. This melding provides an unparalleled tasting experience.
Ricco Bambino 2018 Cabernet Franc Rose
Organically farmed Cabernet Franc from Osoyoos, hand harvested then macerated on skins for 17 hours. The wine was then basket pressed and underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks where it aged on gross lees for 5 months prior to being bottled. Unfined and unfiltered. Due to the lack of chemical manipulations our wines may appear cloudy or contain sediments, this is not a fault. This is truly a summer favourite!
Claude Lafond 2020 Gris Rose
Crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity that accentuates the wine's bright fruit flavors. Juicy strawberries and ripe raspberries dominate the palate, complemented by notes of tangy cranberries and a touch of pink grapefruit. The wine has a lovely texture, with a hint of minerality adding depth and complexity. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving a mouthwatering sensation of summer fruits lingering on the palate.
