A long, lingering, well balanced after taste of succulent fruit with excellent tannin structure. We recommend ageing of 5 to 10 years during which time sediment may be deposited in the bottle, and that this wine be decanted.

Graham's Vintage 1983 is a sweet fortified wine considered to be a muscular wine, powerful and age worthy. Black fruit mingles with spice, mint and eucalyptus notes that cause a delicious burst of flavours in the mouth. Ancestral Sargamuskotaly is a beautiful Pet Nat made from 100% Yellow Muscat grapes. Kristinus has conjured up a wonderful refreshment for adults in the bottle. The taste is reminiscent of passion fruit - pineapple spritzer paired with orange peel, wild herbs and a nice lime note.
That beautiful muscatel Pet Nat was crafted using the Ancestral method. The essence of this technique is that the fermenting juice is bottled after a few hours of skin contact, thanks to which we find the fine, natural bubbles in the glass.
Tip from the winery: Open carefully! Cool it well before opening and make sure you have a couple of glasses ready.
