Minimum 24 months ageing before release, 9 months of which have been in 225 Lt barrels. Deep garnet red with a coppery rim. Aromas of red berry fruit, white pepper and spices. The palate displays a red fruit and spicy wood character in balance with a finish that’s fresh and fruit-driven.
Energetic and dynamic this bianco offers an electrical storm of complex cooked fuits and nuts. Made in an oxidative style this interesting wine is more savoury than fruity. To be enjoyed with all cheeses and appies to flaky desserts.
