Aged in a combo of 70% tank and 30% wood (foudres and used 400L barrels) and for 11 months. A classic style that is released ready to drink. Quite aromatic on the nose with a rich and powerful palate, quite full bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great alternative to Sancerre.
