Mistral 2017 Chardonnay
The award-winning winemaker, Matt Praetzel, sourced the grapes from some of the best vineyards of Lodi, California (Wine Enthusiast’s “Wine Region of the Year” for 2015).
Warm days and cool nights bless this region with highly viable fruits. Expertly crafted and aged for 6 months in French Oak barrels, The Mistral is full-bodied, deliciously dry and features exquisite richness with pronounced, ripe tropical fruit notes. It has a smooth, creamy body and ends with a long, citrus finish.
Pairs excellently with fish, mussels and clams, and soft cheese.

Fine, precise woody mouth aromas. An exceptional Madiran, powerful and complex, with unusual potential. This wine can very easily be kept for 7 to 10 years.
