Marquis D’alesme Margaux 2018

$154.99
55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 5% each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot aging in 65% new oak 96 Points, Robert Parker: Deep purple-black in color, it leaps from the glass with bold, expressive black cherries, warm plums, crème de cassis and red roses scents with touches of baking spices, potpourri and fragrant earth. Full-bodied, rich and opulent, it completely fills the palate with hedonic black fruit preserves and spices, framed by firm, velvety tannins and finishing with fantastic length. 95 Points, Wine Spectator: Gorgeous mouthfeel right from the first sip, with a velvety, fine-grained texture that lets the range of dark plum, black currant and blackberry fruit flavors splay out without losing focus, while mouthwatering black tea, alder and mineral notes wait gracefully in reserve, showing just a hint, for now, of what they can do on the finish.

Reverdito Barolo Ascheri 2016

$129.99
Vineyard: La Morra Production: 4,000 bottles Soil: Marl Barolo produced here is best described as “warm-hearted”. Michele’s Barolo Ascheri comes from the classic chalky soils of La Morra about 250 meters up the steep hillside, inter-planted with several types of grasses and beans to aid biodiversity and soil structure. The resulting wine has an enticing nose of flowers, ripe strawberries and dark cherries, and a good mouthful of plummy ripe elegant fruit. This deceptively mid-weight Barolo has a ton to offer.

Serge Mathieu 2009 Brut Millesime

$124.99
It has structure, power and length, and bears the mark of its Pinot Noir. It clearly shows all the work that has been carried out in the vineyards since only very ripe and small grapes can produce such density and structure in a Champagne. 8.6 grams dosage. Entirely made from Pinot Noir… clear, fresh and straight fruit of yellow skinned apples and Williams pears along with citrus flavors and some stony notes on the nose. This is remarkably elegant and delicate with a mineral backbone and an excellent grippy finish.

Fleury Brut Rose Saignee

$119.99
100% Pinot Noir made by maceration with all of the skins in contact with all of the juice - yet remains incredibly elegant in both weight and style. In the glass it has a wonderful, fresh Pinot Noir nose of strawberry fruit and forest air intrigue.

Montezemolo 2019 Monfalleto Barolo

$112.99
95 Points, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (2019 Vintage): "The 2019 Barolo Monfalletto (made with organic fruit selection from across the vineyards that surround the winery in La Morra) shows grit, density and rich texture. The house style prizes muscle and brawn in this vintage that lends itself handily to these qualities. Pressed cherry and blackberry cede to licorice, cured tobacco and iron ore." The Nebbiolo that comes off this property is some of the best in La Morra. Even in challenging vintages the Monfalletto terroir yields Nebbiolo that is both powerful and supple. Insiders know that this is one of the best terroirs in Barolo. The 2019 vintage is perhaps its best yet, with stellar ratings across the board - it captures the true essence of the Langhe region. 94 Points, Wine Spectator (2019 Vintage) 94 Points, James Suckling (2019 Vintage)

Made from Sangiovese grown in vineyards located in all four of the major quadrants of the Montalcino production zone, which allowed owner Adon Bucci to make a highly balanced wine”. Springfield Methode Ancienne Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

$89.99
Thirty-five years ago, Springfeld cleared a 2.8-hectare triangle of land previously ignored because it was not ‘good’ enough - "too rocky and too steep". Cabernet Sauvignon was planted, struggling at first with virtually no soil. The miracle was in the fruit: tiny berries – intense in colour and flavour, this meagre crop was vinified in the traditional way. No crushing of berries, native yeast only, no fining and no filters. Wine was made with little intervention and kept for two years in new French barriques. After three more years of maturation in bottle, Springfield releases their top wine. It is a piece of their history, their passion and labour. It is their finest expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, and will age effortlessly for another two decades.

Riedel Sommelier Sherry Glass

$89.99
Sommelier series glass for fortified wine by Riedel. This product is handmade and dishwasher safe. Due to the nature of crafting, small tolerances in the size and weight of each product, tiny bubbles, imperfections, or slight surface variations are an acceptable part of the process. This pack contains a single piece.

Serge Mathieu Brut Prestige N/V

$89.99
70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay There’s an intensity to this firm Champagne, with structuring notes of white peach, pear and lime, stony mineral notes and a hint of beeswax. Vivacious, with a chalky sensation on the finish. An incredible value!

Domaine Grosbois Clos du Noyer Chinon 2020

$88.99
An intriguing nose - reminiscent of wild herbs and wormwood alongside its succulent red fruit flavors and light floral note. As always at Grosbois, the tannins are well handled - coating the palate with a chocolate powder-like texture. Incredibly satisfying. 92 Points Vinous

Cartuxa 2018 Evora Reserva

$86.99
On the palate, bright flavors of blackberry, wild cherry, Earl Grey tea, and cured meat are accompanied by a rich, tannic mouthfeel. This wine reveals a beautiful balance of fruit, spice, and earth aromas, including black and red berries, black pepper, eucalyptus, Earl Grey tea, and toasted oak. The acidity contributes a pleasant vibrancy, while berry and tea flavors linger extensively on the finish.

Springfield Methode Ancienne Chardonnay 2020

$79.99
The Springfield Méthode Ancienne Chardonnay is special because it was made using ancient techniques rarely used in the New World: The fermentation takes place spontaneously with wild yeast in a combination of new and used French oak barrels. There is no fining or filtration. Thus, a wine of distinctive and classical character, it will develop slowly and is made to last a lifetime. Nuances of lime, cointreau and oranges – a big wine with classical character.
