Mondavi 2017 Continuum

$455.99
"Wonderful blackberry and blackcurrant aromas here with hints of mint and fresh sage. Some cassis. Wrought iron, too. Full-bodied, tight and elegant with lovely tension. Beautiful. Ends fine and focused. Drinkable now, but better after 2022. -98 points"- James Suckling

Mondavi 2014 Continuum

$441.99
Winemaker's note on their 10th Continuum release! This wine, while having beautiful vibrancy and richness of body, is more approachable than the well-regarded 2013 vintage. A dense purple robe and vibrant violet rim lead to aromas of cassis, cardamom, espresso and graphite. 2014 shows purity of site and fruit; a core of black plum and cherry, intertwined with layers of exotic spice, heightened by ripe, polished tannins, natural vibrancy and a long silky finish. This vintage reveals the harmonious balance of fruit, site and season from our Sage Mountain Vineyard at Continuum Estate. It has all the body and age worthiness to carry forward for decades to come. Very expressive already, 2014 Continuum is an estate blend. Blend: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, 15% Petit Verdot, and 5% Merlot

Montelena 2018 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon

$169.99
Fresh and dynamic, with cranberry, cola, and raspberry jam. The acidity is laser focused, the spine pulling the layers of flavor into harmony with the wine’s supple, yet dense, structure. The tannins here serve to elevate not overwhelm the kinetic balance of texture, ripeness, and vineyard character.

Paradigm 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

$174.99
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby in color with aromas of deep ripe fruit, black cherries, blackberry, currants, plums, savory spice, vanilla, and toasty French Oak. Aromas and flavours show nice concentration in 2019. The wine has a dense texture and mouthcoating mouthfeel. Classic Oakville Cabernet flavors similar to the aromas. Optimum ripeness leads to a lush, rich, and well-balanced wine that bodes well for age ability. Layered and interesting with a long persistent finish. A delicious offering from Paradigm.

Grgich Hills 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon

$149.99
Deep red in the glass, this sultry wine shows dark berry fruit on the nose followed by black current, plum, with an undertone of lavender and allspice. Rich and velvety on the palate, this Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits full and smooth tannins, yet maintains a youthfulness. Plum and pluot re-emerge on the palate carried by undertones of rhubarb and hints of nutmeg. Great aging potential in the 2016 vintage.
