Italy is renowned for its exceptional wine production, with iconic regions such as Tuscany, Piedmont, and Veneto producing world-class varietals like Chianti, Barolo, and Prosecco. The country has a rich tradition of spirits, including amaro, grappa, and the famous aperitif, Campari, showcasing a diverse range of flavours and styles. Italy’s craft beer scene is also flourishing, with breweries creating innovative brews that highlight local ingredients and traditional brewing techniques.
Antonio Scala 2022 Ciro Classico
Vecchia 2019 Chianti
Beautiful ruby red colour with a slight violet hue. The nose is alive with pronounced notes of red berries while the medium-bodied palate is fruity, harmonious and persistent. Finishes long and with great weight. This food-friendly Chianti is a perfect match for savoury appetizers, cured meats and barbecue.
Sacchetto Prosecco Brut
Antonio Scala 2021 Ciro Rosato
One of the most interesting pink wines we’ve come across. 100% Gaglioppo from 30 year old vineyard located in Cirò (Crotone district), with a south/south-east exposure – sand and clay soil. Juicy, spicy and ripe, it offers a delightful nose of red cherry, raspberry and aromatic herbs. Finishes long and mineral with a mouth-watering a sweet and sour tang.
An outstanding Rosato showcasing just how suited Gaglioppo is to making pink wines.
Reverdito 2020 Barbera D’alba ‘Butti’
Antonio Scala 2022 Ciro Blanco
100% Greco, from a 2 hectare vineyard located in Cirò (Crotone district). Spicy, fresh aromas of peach, quince and honeysuckle hold much allure. The palate is white spice, salty, fresh and focused. This is an irresistible example of the native Greco grape.
"I think greco bianco (unrelated to Campania’s greco di Tufo) is potentially one of Italy’s best native grape varieties." - Ian d’Agata
Venturini Baldini Rose Lambrusco
Li Veli 2023 Torremossa Fiano
La Vialla 2019 Chianti Superiore ‘Casa Conforto’
92 Points, Wine Enthusiast:
"Earthy and savory, this enjoyable red opens with aromas suggesting underbrush, camphor and wild herbs. Showing the same earthy finesse as the nose, the palate is polished and tangy, doling out crushed raspberry, blood orange, star anise and truffle. Lithe tannins and bright acidity keep it fresh, taut and balanced." - 92/100, Wine Enthusiast
Nespolino 2021 Sangiovese Merlot
Montezemolo 2019 Monfalleto Barolo
95 Points, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (2019 Vintage):
"The 2019 Barolo Monfalletto (made with organic fruit selection from across the vineyards that surround the winery in La Morra) shows grit, density and rich texture. The house style prizes muscle and brawn in this vintage that lends itself handily to these qualities. Pressed cherry and blackberry cede to licorice, cured tobacco and iron ore."
The Nebbiolo that comes off this property is some of the best in La Morra. Even in challenging vintages the Monfalletto terroir yields Nebbiolo that is both powerful and supple. Insiders know that this is one of the best terroirs in Barolo. The 2019 vintage is perhaps its best yet, with stellar ratings across the board - it captures the true essence of the Langhe region.

Li Veli 2021 Garissa Susumaniello
Collemattoni 2019 Adone Toscana IGT
95% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot. A knockout at its price point. Enjoyable now, with the addition of Merlot increasing the suppleness of the fruit and palate. Delicate aromatics of red fruits, underbrush, truffles, violet petals, and spices spring from the glass. Sleek and polished, with some mocha and gentle herbal notes adding to the palate.

Fatalone 2021 Primitivo Riserva
This wonderfully balanced and mature, authentic primitivo boasts great intensity of tobacco spice, sweet blackberries, chewy tannins and gentle oak underpinned by energetic acidity rarely seen in wines from this part of the world.
In the 7th Edition of the the World Atlas of Wine (Jancis Robinson & Hugh Johnson) Fatalone’s Primitivo Riserva is listed as one of the top 4 wines from Southern Italy and the most notable winery of the DOC Gioia del Colle.
