Domaine Pelle 2019 Menetou Salon Morogues
Made from several parcels in the village of Morogues. Practicing organic, soils are plowed and completely hand-harvested. Aged in a combo of 70% tank and 30% wood (foudres and used 400L barrels) and for 11 months.
A classic style that is released ready to drink. Quite aromatic on the nose with a rich and powerful palate, quite full bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great alternative to Sancerre.

100% Pinot Noir grown on Kimmeridgian marl and limestone. Aged in a combo of 70% wood *Foudres and used 400L barrels) and 30% tank for 12 months.
The terroir of the village of Morogues combined with strict vineyard practices results in a beautiful Pinot that would not be out of place in a tasting of Volnays.
Aydie 2021 Pacherenc du Vic Bihl (500mL)
A silvery yellow, this wine is perfectly brilliant and clear. Exotic fruits and honeyed notes on the nose, a combination of delicacy and strength. The lively attack on the palate is in complete balance with the rich, fat structure. The finish is a caress of citrus fruits and a long vanilla sweetness, typical of grapes dried on the vine. This sweet wine has enormous potential. To be drunk cold at 8° to 10°C and pairs perfectly with foie gras and cheeses.

Aromatically lifted notions of pink and purple petals splash out of the glass. On the palate the wine offers an exotic, velvety, and rich style, true to the appellation. Overall the wine is luscious, powerful, and expressive with a very specific finesse that the domaine is iconic for. Drink now through 2040.
