45% Colombard, 30% Ugni Blanc, 15% Gros Mansang, 10% Sauvignon Blanc
Vibrant aromas of citrus fruits. Very fresh and fruity with flavours of grapefruit, apple and lemon. A great aperitif wine but also pairs well with salads, fish, shellfish and white meat.
Rich fragrances greet the senses, showcasing notes of red cherries, raspberries, violets, and blackcurrant leaf. The palate is gracefully supple, featuring a hint of spicy pepper, velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and culminating in a prolonged, invigorating finish.
