There’s an intensity to this firm Champagne, with structuring notes of white peach, pear and lime, stony mineral notes and a hint of beeswax. Vivacious, with a chalky sensation on the finish. An incredible value!
An intriguing nose - reminiscent of wild herbs and wormwood alongside its succulent red fruit flavors and light floral note. As always at Grosbois, the tannins are well handled - coating the palate with a chocolate powder-like texture. Incredibly satisfying.
